Abby Fuglseth of Fertile, MN began making quilts in 2014 when she was was 10 years old. “I started making quilts because my neighbor taught both of my sisters how to sew and I wanted to learn how too. My sisters never kept going with it and just stopped at one project but I really enjoyed it and wanted to keep on with it.”
Abby is the daughter of Tammy Fuglseth, an office assistant and Jamy Fuglseth, a home health and hospice nurse. She has two older sisters. Kaitlyn is 20 and attends University of Mary in Bismarck, Megan is 18 and will be attending the same college in Bismarck this fall. Abby herself will be in 9th grade this fall and participates in many other activities and sports such as band, choir, softball, volleyball, and drama.
