Due to space limitations in the exhibit hall, the Indian Summer Quilt Show Committee reserves the right to limit the number of entries which are displayed. All entries will be judged unless quilter selects Non-Judged box after Category number on the entry form. Every effort will be made to display at least one entry per quilter.
Security
During show hours, guild members patrol the display area. After show hours, the exhibit hall is locked and Holiday Inn security personnel patrol the building.

Judging
The show committee reserves the right to reassign entries to a more applicable category or to consolidate categories if there are insufficient entries. The judge may decide whether duplicate ribbons will be awarded in any category. Judged entries will receive a written evaluation.
The Quilters' Guild of North Dakota reserves the right not to award ribbons or prizes if specific criteria are not met.
Entries exhibited in previous Indian Summer Quilt Shows will not be accepted.
Soiled and framed entries will not be accepted.
What if I want to view the quilt show?
The show is open to the public with daily admission of $4 (children under 12 free). Hours for the Indian Summer Quilt Show are Friday from 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.; Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Sunday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m..
With the all the texture and color provided by the quilts, the temptation is to touch them. Oils from hands can soil the quilts so we ask that you VIEW the quilts and admire them as we do.
